We have a small retail store located on the Main Street of Penguin, on the North West Coast of Tasmania.

We started with the simple idea of connecting people with a range of small, interesting Tasmanian producers. In 2022 we opened a very small ‘hole in the wall’ retail space, that offers a carefully selected range of wines, other drinks and picnic snacks, on the North West Coast of Tasmania.

We don’t overthink things too much. We simply love both the pause, and connection, that wine and share food brings. We love that wine can enrich some of life’s simplest of days, and believe that wine is always better shared! 

When you shop with us, you are choosing to support the people and families at the heart of these labels, those who pour a whole lot of love into their creation!

In store you’ll find a hand picked range of wines and other drinks, as well as a bunch of picnic snacks and other interesting things. Over the weekends we usually have a bottle or two open for tasting. We like to keep things pretty down to earth though, we don’t get too hung up on analysing every detail, but we love to explore and understand why a wine is the way it is. 

With the overwhelming amount of wine available to us all, we choose to focus on small Tasmanian producers, those that you won’t find everywhere. Let’s be honest, we love a whole variety of wines [and we do stock a small range of interesting things in store from the mainland too], but we try to focus on supporting, exploring and promoting small producers.

We love wines with a great story, we love producers who are moving towards a more conscious way of production, those who take a gentle approach and those who genuinely put a whole lot of love into what they do.
