Our menu is largely influenced by the wonderful flavours of Catalonia, Andalusia and the undeniable contribution of the Muslim Mediterranean to Spanish cuisine.

It is our aim to bring together the very best of Tasmanian & Australian produce with the beautiful and unique flavours of Spain.

Our dishes are perfect for casual style shared dining, and we encourage you to do so with your guests.  Alternatively, we offer a chef’s 7 course set menu which allows you to sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.

Our food is complemented with a selection of carefully chosen boutique wines and an elegant range of aperitifs, local spirits and cocktails from Tasmania and Spain. We invite you to experience the best of Tasmania and Spain brought together in one dining experience.
