Our biodynamic farming philosophy comes from the earth we all share. Take a relaxing journey with us over lunch and enjoy the food we have lovingly grown and prepared for you or sourced from wonderful local suppliers who share our vision. We source free range meat products and this vision is a subtle and natural compliment to our biodynamic wines that are free from all animal products. Our menu is changed daily to reflect the seasonal, local and organic produce we pride ourselves on using.

Stefano Lubiana Winery & Osteria is a unique venue just 25 minutes north of Hobart. We cater for exclusive and bespoke events and weddings in a private and peaceful setting.
The Tuscan inspired Estate takes full advantage of the cascading views down the Derwent River, making the perfect backdrop for your romantic and intimate wedding, leaving dreamy memories that will last a life time.
Our Tasting Room is open 11am – 4pm daily Wednesday – Sunday (closed public holidays).
Wines by the glass are also available, as is wine for take-home orders or for delivery. You are welcome to join our Wine Club.
Bookings for small groups (1-8) are not required for our wine tastings. Bookings are required for groups of 8 or more – contact our Cellar Door via phone to place a booking for a large group tasting.
Taste six wines $5 – Select any six wines from the highlighted selection. Fee is waived on purchases over $50. Cellar Door open Wed-Sun 11am-4pm. Osteria open Thurs-Sun 12pm-2.30pm.
