Taste by Bold Cuisine Tasmania is an exciting new venture for Chef Simon Bold. 

A culmination of 20+ years working in kitchens both in New Zealand and Australia.
Chef Bold has worked hard to perfect his skills in delivering stand out fine dining Tasmanian Cuisine and is excited to be able to offer this both as an in home unique dining experience or as a “pop up” dining experience around some of the most breathtaking Tasmanian locations.

Simon has been quietly working behind the scenes to curate a unique gastronomic experience that combines meticulous attention to detail with the finest local ingredients.
Our menu will showcase an exquisite fusion of traditional and modern flavours, artfully crafted and changing monthly.
A small and intimate experience we will be open for dinner Wednesday through to Saturdays evenings with our ‘Taste Club’ held the last Tuesday of every month to showcase and sample our upcoming menu and new wine offerings.
We have a wonderful sommelier who has researched and matched wines and spirits to compliment our menu.

POP UP DINING

We are working with some private venues around the State to “Pop Up” and have our delicious food available over a weekend.

This is your chance to sample our menu and visit some perhaps new locations.
We’ll be posting the details here of where and when you’ll find us along with menus and costs.
