We are a small family owned and operated alcoholic apple and pear cider company located in beautiful Tasmania. Craft cider, handmade with fruit from the Tasman Peninsula. Small batch, minimal intervention, fully fermented and bottle conditioned.
Locally harvested, fermented and bottled- Ninch Cider is handmade only with fruit from local orchards that are historic to the Tasman Peninsula. In January 2018 Ninch Cider won a bronze National award. We took home second prize at Willie Smith inaugural Home Brew Competition in October 2018.
