York Town Organics is a small, certified organic local market garden pioneered by Bruce and Clare Jackson almost three decades ago. Today, our small farm produces a wide range of the freshest organic produce available in Tasmania.

Today our products include micro salad, a wide range of baby leaves, herbs and root crops. We sell our produce to top restaurants and retail outlets where the love and hard work gone into producing these products is complemented with the same desire and passion for culinary perfection. We deliver quality, healthy, fresh, wholesome food.

From our horticultural production practices all the way through to our produce handling and packaging, we are constantly searching for better ways to produce the best organic vegetables. We always change, adapt and create all while maintaining the integrity of our amazing piece of nature nestled in the Tamar Valley. Our extensive range of certified organic vegetables and herbs is continuously evolving as we take pride in exciting our customers’ tastebuds and culinary ambitions.
