For the past 12 months, we have been researching, planning and designing our take on the modern Australian cider.
Making use of the apple varieties we currently grow on our farm and strategically planting new varieties specifically designed for cider, we have come up with a new recipe that we believe will set a new standard for cider in Tasmania.
