Titanium Bar & Bistro

Titanium Bistro offers a relaxed dining atmosphere with friendly service and quality meals.  

The menu features à la carte contemporary Australian cuisine with wonderful Tasmanian produce from local growers and producers.  Each dish can be matched to the perfect Tasmania beverage, to bring out the best flavours and enhance your dining experience.

Titanium Bistro is open Saturdays & Sunday for breakfast, and Tuesday to Saturday for dinner.

Enjoy indoor or outdoor seating, and in the long hours of our summer dusk you can take in the sweeping views over beautiful City Park, or choose a booth inside. Catering for groups of various sizes, walk-ins are welcome, although we do recommend reservations are made, and bookings for ten or more are highly recommended to ensure that we can cater adequately for your needs.

Titanium Bar is open Tuesday to Saturday from late afternoon, Happy Hour is Tuesday to Saturday at 5pm, and on Friday enjoy complimentary bar snacks.  

A great place to pop in for a drink or coffee after a long day, whether at work or out sightseeing.  With a range of Tasmanian wines, beer and other beverages on offer, along with locally roasted Ritual Coffee, there is something for everyone.  For the locals and guests alike, enjoy a Friday night drink and wind through the weekend on a Saturday.

Our kitchen sources the freshest of produce from all regions within Tasmania, with a seasonal menu offering you the perfect taste of Tasmania. Our Head Chef, makes a conscious effort to support small, local producers and farm gates.

Recently transformed into an ideal space for community gathering, undergoing a full renovation, the new look and feel of the space is ‘modern industrial’, with the addition of booths in the bistro.  The Bistro menu lends its self to communal gathering with popular platters, from light to substantial, a great selection of sides perfect for sharing, the return of pizzas to the offering, along with seasonal favourites

The combination of a multi-price menu, raw luxury materials, warm interior design, and mood-lit backdrop, enhance the experience.
