Hobart’s finest and friendliest underground cocktail bar, specialising in Tasmanian gin and whisky. Established in 2015.

Our backbar is the centrepiece of our venue. Displaying a collection of over 500 rare and wonderful spirits, complete with a custom-made sliding ladder, reminiscent of a Disney fairy tale.

Sip on one of our signature cocktails, made using local spirits and fresh seasonal produce. Or sit down and enjoy a gin tasting platter. Featuring four different gins, matching garnishes and our own house-made tonic, designed to highlight the delicate botanicals found in Tasmanian Gin. Whisky tasting platters are also available, allowing guests to discover and compare, award-winning Tasmanian single malts.

SOCIETY is renown for excellent cocktails and good vibes. We host regular special events, check our facebook page to view upcoming events including Drag Bingo, Trivia nights and Disco DJ sets.
