Our chef uses only the freshest locally sourced ingredients much of which is grown and raised by us. We have a small exclusive wine list featuring our pick of local Tasmanian cool climate wines to accompany our menu.
The restaurant is open to inhouse guests with a ‘chefs choice’ menu available from Thursday to Saturday. A delicious shared antipasto platter is available Sunday to Wednesday.
We are open to the general public every Saturday evening (week nights please enquire).
