The Risby Cove Restaurant invites diners to savour authentic dishes crafted with the freshest produce – locally sourced wherever possible – in a casually elegant setting overlooking our private marina and Macquarie Harbour. We are fully licensed, and showcase Tasmanian wines, craft beer and cider, along with increasingly popular Tasmanian spirit varieties. Outdoor dining on our undercover deck is available when the weather permits, and if it turns a little cool, we have under-table heaters and comfy throw rugs.
Just as our menu is ever-evolving, so are the water reflections and sunsets just beyond.
For lunch service we are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm until 2pm(last seating 1.30pm).
We are open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday, 5.30 pm untill 9.00 pm (last seating 8.30pm). Closed Mondays and Christmas Day.
