The Pagan Shed is our spiritual home, nestled next to a cherry orchard in the heart of the Huon Valley.
Here you can sample our entire range of ciders in our intimate little tasting room. With eight ciders on tap, there’s always something fresh and exciting to explore — including ciders not available anywhere else on earth.
As well as our signature apple, pear and cherry blends, you’ll find four or more special small-batch ciders of the season.
Stay a while and enjoy a glass or two in our sunny courtyard, or in our family-friendly new event space. You can even bring a plate of something tasty from one of Cygnet’s many cafes and eateries to nibble on with your cider.

Pagan honours the seasons and celebrates the island’s loveliest fruits – apples, pears, cherries, quince – through modern sparkling ciders of exquisite purity.
Our flagship ciders, as well as unique seasonal blends, are available for sampling at our cellar door, located in a cherry orchard at 7891 channel Highway in Tasmania’s picturesque Huon Valley.
