One on the Slide is a small family business that prides itself on using fresh Tasmanian produce to deliver a quality flavoursome product.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the Tasmanian Hospitality Industry, ranging from Seafood Restaurants to Fine Dining and also Function Centre Wineries.
Our family is passionate about food and accessing fresh produce to create a product which gives every customer a great experience. We are currently providing our customers with a selection of Sliders, Savoury Waffle Sandwich’s and Steamed Bao Buns.
We use quality Pork, Chicken, Beef and Lamb all sourced from Sheffield to Sassafras on the North Coast.
Our vegetables are collected from a variety of farms from the North West coast. We support local operators when possible and when produce is in season. Brioche and Bao buns are homemade by the family as we pride ourselves on creating everything from scratch.
