Mr Brown & Mr Towns hand deliver fresh mushrooms to restaurants, grocers and cafes throughout Northern Tasmania and provide direct to public sales at the Launceston Harvest Market each Saturday and Farm Gate Market each Sunday.

Urban farmers Fergus Brown and Michael Townsend are growing a variety of mushrooms locally which have been getting attention from local chefs. Mr Brown & Towns and have joined the harvest community and will initially have a variety fo fresh mushrooms including Blue Oyster, King Oyster, Lions Mane, Mushroom Shiitake, Nameko, Enoki, and Yellow Oyster.
We primarily grow our mushrooms on waste products and produce little waste of our own in the process.
