McHenry Distillery is Australia’s southernmost family run gin and whisky distillery in the world.

Located in Tasmaina, the distillery’s location takes advantage of the cool, moist, maritime environment which provides perfect conditions for making whisky.

The distillery uses its own abundant clear spring water, which flows off Mount Arthur directly into the distillery, and becomes the heart of the develloping spirit.

We speciallize in hand-made single malt Tasmanian Whisky and other high quality spirits and take pride in our range of products.

A discerning palate, a natural  spring on the property combine to form the perfect base for great tasting spirits.
