Our Hobart Tap Room is now open and ready to pour all your favourite Fox Friday beers alongside a range of delicious, Southern US inspired eats.

We have opened our doors and want to share what the team has been working on the last few months, come on down and check out the new space. Fox Friday is an independent, boutique nano brewery supplying you small batches of quality beer, handcrafted in Moonah, Tasmania and our new Tap Room is located at 105 Murray Street, Hobart.

Express Lunch Menu

Introducing our Express Lunch Menu every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 1am till 2pm.

What’s on offer, your choice of one of the below Sandwiches paired with either a pot of Moonah Pale, pot of @plentycider Original Cider or a Bottle of @taschillibeer Non Alcoholic soft drink all for $20.

Come try a cold beer and a grilled Cubano Sandwich with Roast Pork, Ham, Swiss Cheese, Mustard and Housemade Pickles paired with our hand cut chips.

In 2019, Benn and Sarah Hooper moved back to Australia with their two young girls. They’d been living in the USA for some time, amongst several other places including Singapore and Thailand.

Benn always brewed his own beer, but things really kicked off, when they were living in Houston, Texas.

Benn had become good buddies with a few of the local brewers, and he found himself doing a bit of commercial scale brewing. This is when he started to develop and perfect his own recipes.

Needless to say, Fox Friday beers are a nod to the American style.
