Co-founders Steve and Corey, share a passion for homegrown, locally sourced, quality products. They grow their own Barley and source water from the Tasmanian Highlands. The combination of pure products is resulting in a truly inspirational Whisky.
Our Products
Our first release is set for 2021 – we will be offering Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky aged in Tasmanian ex-fortified casks, Future releases will include ex-Bourbon, ex-Tasmanian fortified, ex-sherry and Virgin Oak.
We’re also in the process of creating a truly Tasmanian Vodka and a Cherry Liquor – all made with locally sourced produce. Watch this space for more information!

We use only the purest Tasmanian Highland Spring Water sourced directly from the Sandstone hills of Glen Iris.
We grow and malt our own Barley making us unique to the Tasmanian Whisky Fraternity.
