A multi-award winning Tasmanian Craft Spirits Distillery located in the iconic Tamar Valley producing bespoke gin (Three Cuts Gin), whisky, rum and other spirits in small batches. Tastings, cocktails, tours available daily.

Join us for a tour of the Turner Stillhouse distillery and learn first hand how we produce our gins and whiskies.  Tours include a guided tasting of all our core spirits (note our whiskies are patiently aging).

We welcome you to come try our award-winning Three Cuts Gin.

Gin tastings, bottle sales and cocktails are available at our architecturally designed distillery 7 Days/week (see our Contact page or Google maps for hours).  For larger groups we encourage booking ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment, however, walk-ins are always welcome, provided we have space.

Located a quick 15 minutes from Launceston we are ideally located next to  Tamar Ridge Cellar Door within the heart of the scenic Tamar Valley.

When: 7 Days –  Most days our tours run at 11am and 1:30pm – some exceptions apply.  Please check the calendar below for tour availability.  Separately, tastings only (with no tour) are also available all day.

Cost: Tours $25.00 per person

Duration: Approximately 45-60 minutes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled tour to allow time to park and check-in.

Reservations: Online reservations need to be made at least one hour in advance. We are happy to accommodate walk-ins, but please book in advance to guarantee a place on a tour.

Wine, Spirit + Culinary Tour

We also offer a wine, spirit + culinary tour with Turner Stillhouse + Tamar Ridge Wines + Hubert & Dan that includes: distillery tour, gin tastings, vineyard tour and guided wine tasting followed by seasonal tapas lunch by Hubert & Dan.

For the first part of this experience, you will join us for a guided tour of the Turner Stillhouse distillery and learn firsthand how we produce our multi-award winning Three Cuts Gins and whiskies, followed by a guided tasting of all our core spirits (please note: whiskies are patiently ageing).

Following your distillery tour + gin tastings, we take you for a guided walk through the vines of the Rosevears site to discover history, Cool climate stories & insight into our wine making processes. You’ll be led back to the Tamar Ridge Cellar Door where you can sit back & soak in the views of the Tamar River as the Cellar Door team take you through a guided, seated tasting of four of their signature wines. To finish the experience, you’ll enjoy a selection of seasonal tapas plates from Hubert + Dan.
