Launceston Distillery

Launceston Distillery is a Tasmanian boutique whisky distillery which produces small batches of hand crafted whiskies with a focus on quality.

Launceston Distillery is located in the historic Hangar 17 at Launceston Airport where we hand craft Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky.

We are open weekdays 10 AM till 4 PM for tasting and sales. Tours can be arranged by appointment.

We are passionate about creating whiskies that honour the best traditions of single malt whisky, but also capture the essence of northern Tasmania.

Our Whisky Range uses different oak casks during maturation which bring the flavours of the oak and of the previous cask contents.

Bottle Sales are available at the Distillery as well as from our online store.
