Breakfast – Our Signature Continental Breakfast is served to your table on our famous three level tiers and is complimentary for all in-house guests. Or if you would prefer, you can choose one of our delicious hot breakfast options instead. The hot buffet breakfast comprises an à la carte cooked meal plus buffet. The continental buffet includes fruit, muesli, toast, pastries and yogurt. We welcome guests who are not staying at Hadley’s to join us for breakfast.
Orient Dining offers a simple classic menu influenced by seasonal, local flavours of Tasmania. We happily cater for special dietary requirements. For dinner, standout choices include the Tasmanian tasting plate, which features wallaby sliders, Bruny Island oysters and salmon, plus pasta primavera. A must-do experience is afternoon tea, a tiered stand of scones, petits fours and sandwiches accompanied by tea and champagne.

The Orient Bar offers a large range of Tasmanian wines, whiskies and local ales. The bar stocks a range of local gin and whisky, and hosts a piano player on Thursday to Saturday evenings.
