Description

Eastford Creek is a family owned vineyard located among the rolling hills of Tasmania’s NW. We love sharing our beautiful patch with people at weddings and events and are excited to be opening our cellar door to the public in November 2021.

Eastford Creek Vineyard is in a beautiful patch of NW Tas, open for weddings and events prior to our cellar door being completed.

After years of bumper broccoli crops, imported Sassafras local, Rob Nichols was easily convinced by his family to diversify and plant a somewhat different crop. A bottle of wine may have been involved…

Our first vines were planted in 2018 on a patch of otherwise unproductive land on the property tended by Rob and Sue Nichols. Our vineyard sits atop a rocky outcrop looking across Eastford Creek and out at the prime fertile agricultural land of the North West Coast. Our wine has been hand crafted in small batches by our award winning, on-site wine maker, whose high standards mean you only get the best we have to offer. A love of the land and the history of our location is evident in the reimagining of the on-site Granary and Pumpkin Sheds into our cellar door and weddings and events spaces with a rustic feeling which connects us to the heritage and beauty of the landscape.

Construction of our cellar door is underway and we hope to soon welcome visitors to our vineyard and look forward to inviting you to be a part of our community of wine lovers.
