Based in the Meander Valley region, Shane and Karin Spencer began investing in the Tasmanian Whisky industry when they were looking for local opportunities for investment in the 2000s. Since then they have been enjoying many a dram from all over the world and learning what goes into making a great whisky. Convinced that Tasmania has something special to offer the whisky world they started their own independent bottling business in 2016.
