We make small-batch handcrafted Gin & Single Malt Whisky.

Our distillery and tasting room at Table Cape has been hand crafted, renovating a 150yr old shed bringing it back to life. It is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery and people that you could imagine.  All our spirits made on site are small batch, hand crafted and made with passion and care.  

We offer behind the scenes tours with the distiller Matt he will explain how we make our whisky – we grist, mash, ferment, distil and mature our beautiful spirit all here on site. You can then do a tasting in our beautiful tasting room and I (Sarah) will share our Tasmanian story with you….. We look forward to meeting you soon.
