Ziggys is a proud Tasmanianian owned and operated smallgoods and butcher shop, specialising in European inspired Charcuterie and premium meats.

Ziggys Supreme Smallgoods is a proud Tasmanian Smallgoods manufacturer and local butcher, established over 20 years ago in Moonah, Tasmania. We offer a wide range of European inspired Charcuterie and Australian Smallgoods. Our inspired range includes naturally wood smoked and cured hams, gourmet sausages, traditional style cold cuts, bacon, terrines & other gourmet smallgoods.

At Ziggys, we source as much premium fresh meat from Tasmania as possible and if our stocks need supplementing, we only choose the very best Australian meats. All of our chicken is 100% Tasmanian grown and we also stock a range of 100% Australian grown RSPCA certified free range pork.

We make all our gourmet and traditional sausages on site and our friendly and experienced butchers can provide any specialty cuts that our customers request.

Our range also extends to milk and cheese, locally baked bread, continental groceries and Polish and Tasmanian beer, wine and spirits. You’ll also find freshly made salads and hot, ready-to-eat meals.
