I am Sam, owner barista at Yippee Ki Yay Coffee. I formed the Yippee Ki Yay mobile coffee cart business after establishing, managing and finally selling two coffee shops in Hobart. I have extensive knowledge of specialty coffee as I have a great passion for coffee. I have competed in many coffee competitions from Tasmania Regional Barista to Aeropress. I also have sensory judging and latte art technical judging experience applied over the specialty coffee competitions.
You can be sure my team and myself will always pay great attention to brewing top quality coffee at your site.I love what I do, making a coffee and doing business. I am reliable, responsible and professional. Currently, I have a coffee stall at Farm Gate Market on Bathurst St. Hobart every Sunday if you want to drop by to discuss your project. Previously, I have provided a coffee stall to Falls Festival, Taste of the Huon, Design Made Market, University of Tasmania, TAFE, private party, etc.
