Description

Our premium jersey milk ice creams and sorbets are carefully hand-crafted from locally-sourced Tasmanian produce.

Our artisan premium ice creams and sorbets are carefully hand-crafted from as much Tasmanian, locally-sourced produce as possible. All our ice creams are made using the rich, creamy, award-winning organic Jersey milk from Elgaar Farm.

We focus on catering to those with allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions so that everyone can enjoy decadent, delicious fresh desserts!

All of our ice creams and sorbets are gluten-free and free from artificial colours and preservatives. Wherever possible, our produce is sourced from organic, ethical and sustainable suppliers.

Our wholesome and inclusive ingredients mean our ice cream can be enjoyed by all. We also donate a portion of profits to the Save The Tasmanian Devil Program, so all little devils benefit from the sale of our tasty treats!
