A large rustic barn surrounded by green pastures and old wooden out-buildings, Willie Smith’s Apple Shed (home of the award winning organic cider) is a place to learn about the history of the Huon Valley and apple industry while enjoying food made in our kitchen from local and regional produce.

Our menu is crafted with produce from local providers, meaning it’s quality, delicious and showcases the best of southern Tasmania. If salmon from the purest water on earth, or cheese made from the happiest sheep you’ve ever seen, sounds like something you’d enjoy, make sure you pay us a visit.
