Focusing on fresh, locally sourced produce with the intention to share, in our relaxed waterside location.

Waterline’s cooking centers around an intimate open kitchen and a welcoming sense of theatre.

Our cooking techniques touch on fermentation, smoking, curing, preserving, fire licked meats, seafood and vegetables. 

This is a menu for getting together, for sharing… or maybe not!

Come along and enjoy a cocktail or two while savouring our fabulous waterfront view. Our barman has some intriguing twists on some old favourites and some exciting new cocktails for you to enjoy.

Functions

Waterline is available for private functions, corporate events, parties and weddings. The restaurant seats up to 120 guests and stands up to 200, The Berthing Dock seats 250 and stands up to 450.

Private venue hire fee and minimum spends apply.
