Yusuf Karazor, migrated from Olympos, Turkey on the western Mediterranean coast, a seaside village surrounded by orange groves, to Tasmania 10 years ago. Influenced by his mothers traditional Turkish cooking and a strong love of his Turkish heritage, he has created a modern take on Turkish cuisine.
Focusing on the honesty of the food and absolute freshness of the local Tasmanian produce he has morphed the two cultures into Turkish Tukka the best of the traditional Turkish food with a Tassie twist, supporting and using quality local Tasmanian produce.
