We use as much locally sourced produce as possible in all of our items on the menu, from Tasmanian hormone growth promotant free beef, free range chickens, Ashgrove fetta , Tasmanian scallops, Tassal Atlantic Salmon and Tamar Valley (Legana Greengrocer & Young’s) berries & Veggies, we made all of our sauces from organic chillies and tomatillos grown in out back garden.
