The Hub

A friendly restaurant offering wood-fired pizzas, Tassie craft beer, wine, cider and relaxing table service all close to the main Derby trailhead.

Open for lunch and dinner, The Hub offers great views of the Derby valley and trails from the verandah, comfortable dining around the central fireplace inside and beautiful views from Percy’s Beer Garden and fire pit behind the restaurant.

The Hub is located on the main street in Derby – home of the Blue Derby mountain bike trails. Derby is a small historic town, once a booming mining settlement, now with a network of world-class mountain bike trails surrounding the town, reaching up to the nearby Blue Tier mountain range.

Located in temperate rainforest in north-eastern Tasmania, the Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails encompass some of the most stunning landscapes in the state. The main trail head is located in Derby.

The Hub is Open 12 noon to 9pm Wednesday to Sunday.
