We have been part of many great festivals, catered heaps of weddings and made a bunch of friends along the way. We genuinely enjoy our work and are looking to change people’s perception of the quality of food you can serve from the back of a truck. Tasmania has the best produce in the world to work with so this makes our job a little easier.
We have since built a second truck out of a vintage 1974 Bedford and this is the truck we use for catering keeping the original truck for our street locations and large festivals.
