Tom started making his curry paste in 2015 when he was 9 years old; he has a passion for curry paste and business. Dad helps him do the hot part and makes sure it is all done properly. Tom works hard and has learnt a lot about measuring, weighing, labeling, getting a kitchen license and council notifications.
Our products are all vegan friendly, free from eggs, nuts, dairy, sugar or any artificial colours or flavours. We sell from home, online Australia wide and at various markets around Tasmania as well as being distributed by Exquisite Flavours and Tassie Tallow in Tasmania and on mainland Australia. In 2017, at the Hobart Fine Food Awards, he won Gold for his Balti Masala Paste and Silver for his Green Masala paste. He was only a fraction off getting a Bronze for his Tandoori Paste. Stay tuned and watch him grow.
