Succulent is the restaurant located in the visitor centre near the main gate of The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens in Hobart. Head Chef Johann Frais’ menu offers quick snacks or long lunches, available seven days a week.

Succulent is fully licenced and features a wine list showcasing superb Tasmanian wines. Succulent is also a popular wedding venue, with couples holding their ceremonies in various locations around the beautiful gardens, and hosting their reception at our restaurants. We also host many other private functions, meetings and events.
