Our undercover beer garden is one of the largest and most appealing in Launceston. The space is fresh, bright and welcoming with astroturfed flooring, plants all around and several large tables for you to have dinner or drinks. The perfect place to have dinner or smaller functions with it’s own bar opened on busy nights. We even have an area for the kids to colour and play!

With a great variety and generous meal servings the Sports Garden Hotels menu is designed to be shared with your friends and family. The designated dining area can seat up to 50 people although you are welcome to enjoy your meal in the sports bar or beer garden as well. There is a separate area that can be utilised for private events or quiet dining away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas. The kitchen has been renovated along with the rest of the venue.

Sports Garden Hotel has 21 renovated and refurbished rooms upstairs with a mixture of single, twin and queen rooms available. Each has it’s own ensuite, TV, and reverse cycle air conditioner. The windows have been double glazed for sound reduction from the street. These rooms are perfect for both work and personal visit’s in Launceston City with many local attractions within walking distance.

Our function room has been renovated, with fresh carpet and a brand new bar. Ideal for a variety of functions, you have private bathrooms and entry from the street. We offer many different menu options including platters, canapés and a la carte. Contact us today to discuss options for your event!
