My partner Ryan and I (El), relocated to Binalong Bay from Newcastle, NSW in December 2021, moving into the family shack where I was lucky enough to spend the majority of childhood holidays. Binalong Bay is a beautiful coastal village well known for its clear blue water, white sand beaches and bright orange lichen-covered granite boulders. We really live in one of the most beautiful parts of Tasmania!
With a background in interior design and styling, and after having the opportunity to be a guest at a pop-up picnic during my time in Newcastle, I decided to bring the experience to the Bay of Fires. Personally, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a special occasion than celebrating with a group of friends or a loved one, dining outside in nature, sitting barefoot on some comfy pillows with a view, and of course, with a glass of wine in hand!
