We provide gluten-free treats and goodies to customers in and around New Norfolk, Tasmania.

We attend Banjo’s New Norfolk Market every Saturday where you can come on by and purchase one of our wonderful gluten-free yummies, or pre-order through the week to ensure you have secured your goodies for the weekend, and pick them up on Saturday.

Our main product is, of course, pancakes, which we have in two sizes , and they come topped with one of our many yummy choices.
All you have to do is make the tough decision on what you want to eat!

Whilst our main dietary concern is to provide gluten-free foods, we are also open to making things to suit your dietary needs. All you need to do is send us an email asking what we can do for and we’ll do our best to make something absolutely delicious, and best of all, perfectly safe for you to eat.
