Naturally crafted, our cakes are made with ingredients closest to their natural form! We think you should ‘have your cake, and eat it too!’ GUILT FREE

We have three cake sizes available:
Small – $40 (serve 6 generously)
Medium – $70 (serves 12 generously)
Large – $110 (serves 16 generously)
Multiple tiers also available!

Our wholefood cakes are ‘set cheesecake’ style and a quite substantial, filled with the highest quality organic, where possible, fruits, nuts, seeds etc

Our cakes come decorated with fresh/dried fruit, bliss balls, chocolate shards and flowers. Let us decide or collaborate with us on design.

From our family to yours

From ‘Pollen Tea Room’ to ‘Pollen Makery’, what a time we are living in. As we grow older and our family evolves we have decided that we need to create a more healthy work life balance. So taking a step back from the day to day hustle and bustle of the cafe life was our decision to create a more sustainable lifestyle. Nevertheless, creating wholesome, nutritious delights for our community is something I wanted to continue. Hence the birth of ‘Pollen Makery!

Pollen Makery creates nourishing wholesome plant based cakes, condiments and cultured foods.

Using whole foods free of fillers, additives, artificial preservatives and largely free of gluten we know you will feel naturally nourished.
We have created a selection of products that we hope you will add to your daily ritual, making every meal a special event to be shared or to be devoured by oneself. Food and cooking at Pollen Makery is a celebration, a coming together of people and community. It is connection, the telling of stories and passing down knowledge. 

We offer a weekly selection for delivery or pickup or get in touch to allow us to make one of our specialty cakes for your next celebration.
