We are a cafe supported by our own farm @westonfarm. Produce that is highlighted in green on the menu is seasonal, fresh, sustainable produce.
Richard and Belinda Weston of Weston Farm Produce acquired Pigeon Hole Cafe to showcase their farm’s fresh produce.
They use organic principles and biodynamic practices to ensure high quality sustainable farming.
At the cafe we use fresh produce grown at Weston Farm wherever possible. The cafe’s menu is an ever evolving thing, reliant on the chefs’ knowledge of what the farm is producing through regular visits to source food, participation in general farming activities, and a real and direct connection with the land. To keep the cafe and farm connected even in the lean times, fruit and vegetables are bottled and preserved and available for purchase at the cafe.
Our new and exciting menu is a true reflection of who we are and where we’ve come from. The menu showcases some of our all time favourite breakfast dishes, whilst encompassing our farm connection.
Pigeon Hole Cafe is fully licensed, serving Tassie wine, beer and cider. Come in and see our chefs along with the Pigeon Hole crew for true paddock to plate experience.
