WHO’S BEHIND THE PAV
Like most great business ventures, the Pavilion sports bar concept was developed over an earnest discussion over a few beers about the need for a sports bar in Salamanca.
The Pavilion @Salamanca is the brain child of well known local publican Paul Jubb and his three sons Rob, Kevin and James, together with cricketing identity James Faulkner and the Brownless brothers Billy, Blair and Anson.
Located on the site of the former Phat Fish bar and restaurant, the Pavilion is situated right in the heart of Salamanca.
