With lush surrounds in the renovated Edwardian homestead, we’re here to make you at home in our dining room & take you on a special journey that is best enjoyed slowly.
Our local produce is to warm & delight. Our menu highlights the freshest of Tasmanian produce and Italian elements that combine perfectly to create an exceptional experience.
Chef Tyller Penney offers signature dishes such as fresh Seafood Fettuccine pasta , local oysters, Wild Clover lamb rump, Flinders Island green-lipped abalone sautéed in white truffle oil with Swiss brown mushrooms, Slow Braised Pork belly in orange and muscat, and plump scallops from King Island when in season.
For dinner we offer two sittings. Reservations prior to 7.00pm have a two hour dining experience. Our second sitting commences at 8.00pm and dinner can be enjoyed for the entire evening.
