Nirvana on Collins is your oasis in the city. It is a great place to meet friends for coffee, lunch or a business meeting.

Located on the ground floor of Hobart’s landmark NAB Building, Nirvana on Collins is a stylish licensed cafe showcasing a uniquely contemporary, yet classic aesthetic of leather, marble and crushed velvet. The warm ambience created by the central crystal chandelier and eclectic decor is only matched by the friendly welcome and service provided by our professional hospitality team. Whether you are grabbing a quick coffee on the way to work, catching up with friends or holding an intimate business meeting, we want you to feel this is ‘your place’.

We proudly offer our guests a range of almost exclusively Tasmanian sourced and crafted foods, beverages and drinks. European-inspired coffees are prepared by a full-time barista using the award winning and locally roasted ‘Villino’ beans (which you just have to compliment with one of our freshly baked goods) and also offer over 16 full-leaf tea varieties all blended and supplied by our local tea merchant (that’s right, not a tea-bag in sight!).

A tempting selection of specialist pastries, breads and jams including a range of light-meals are available throughout the day and being licensed we are also able to offer a choice of premium Tasmanian wine, craft beers and spirits to match. Nirvana on Collins – ‘your place’ on Collins.
