We’ve created something a little bit special here at The New Sydney. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff all know the patrons by name. We’re all here for the same reason – good company, great food, incredible beer.
We take pride in sourcing the best local ingredients to prepare our meals. Our philosophy is that local food tastes better, we know where it’s from and how it got here. We like that we know the farmers and they know their animals and produce. Our food is prepared according to this philosophy.
Our bar menu is evolving into a fusion pub experience. We like to take a little bit of what’s good from every cuisine, mash it in a pot, then finesse it onto your plate. We strive for taste sensations and experiences that will knock your socks off and take your breath away.
