All KimchiMe is home and hand-made by Sue who was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, moving to Australia at the age of 21. Having grown up in a large family and have eaten and made kimchi all her life, Sue is simply put – a kimchi connoisseur.
After many years of the big smoke, Sue relocated to Tasmania start fresh with her husband, Tom, in the clear airs of Tasmania. Our best-seller! This traditional Kimchi is even more authentic and developed than the original recipe that has been passed on through our family. We have the perfect environment to grow cabbages that have been well looked after from seeding to harvest at our farm in Northwest Tasmania.

Red Russian kale – we chose a very special kale grown at our farm in rich red soils. Organically taking care of our vegetables brings a noticeably fresh, vibrant taste. Our fermented super food kale with hints of smokey hot chili, nutty flavor and unique texture is perfect for chili lovers.
