Go the whole hog with a Luxe Dinner: a seven-course mystery feast; a sommelier to guide you through rare bottles and back vintages from the Moorilla and Domaine A cellars; and exclusive entry to artworks by James Turrell.

Hobart’s newest revolving restaurant. We couldn’t make the space turn (too heavy, would have ruined the incredible views of mountain and Berriedale), so we decided to keep the vibe spinning. Every couple of months, expect a change of scene, menu, and ‘entertainment.’

Flavour of the month for October–February: Tokyo Punk.
