‘Provenance’ locally roasted micro-batch coffee; all day breakfast; brunch & European style breads & pastries. Single-origin coffee; ethically sourced leaf tea, local & Tasmanian sourced produce and Tasmanian cured & smoked meats, cheeses & condiments.

We want to support the farmers and local Tasmanian producers. We sell produce from Pyengana Dairy, Scottsdale Pork, Bee Blest Apiary, Ravenswood’s Apiece Bakery and many more. The patisserie sells sweet treats as well as platters, flatbreads, salads, sushi, juice and soup using seasonal produce.
