Dinki is an independent coffee and tea brew bar in the historic village of Ross, Tasmania. We pride ourselves on our selection of coffee varieties, flavours and sweetness.

Dinki is the Tassie Midlands’ best kept secret! We offer delicious single-origin pour-over coffee, batch brew, organic teas and locally made treats.

Dinki offers a special selection of locally roasted, brewed coffee as well as the finest, certified organic, ethically sourced tea, from Poet Tea of Hobart.

Dinki’s own in-house coffee concentrate. We do all the hard work. You just have to chill it, heat it, then drink it.
