Casa Pinocchio is situated in the heritage listed schoolhouse in Branxholm, North East Tasmania. Constructed primarily out of timber, it is the perfect place for Pinocchio’s house(casa). We offer traditional Italian meals, freshly cooked by owners Scott and Birgit. Having worked in the hospitality industry, both in Australia and overseas, for over 35 years, Casa Pinocchio sums up their love and passion for everything hospitality and food.

Our traditional italian cusine offered is meant to be simple yet tasty, freshly cooked to order and affordable.

Our GNOCCHI is handmade using a traditional recipe from Tuscany. We make our own dough to create authentic Italian PIZZAS, which are known for their simplicity and great flavours. Fresh PASTA is used for our specials and pork for the SCALLOPINA(schnitsel) is sourced locally from Scottsdale. Most of the fresh vegetables, lettuce and herbs used are locally grown.
