Manaeesh also known as ‘Manakish’ or ‘manoushe” can be described as a flat baked dough with toppings. It comes from the Arabic word ‘Manqushah’, which means ‘carve-out’ or to decorate, which refers to the indentations made with fingers while flattening the dough for the toppings. Now serving a taste of Levantine cuisine along with great coffee.
