Bluestone Bar & Kitchen is a newly refurbished premium dining outlet in The Sebel, Launceston. Set amongst an expanding foodie culture our restaurant serves Modern Australian cuisine superbly crafted with a hint of Asian influence. Join us as we take you on a journey and provide you with a uniquely Tasmanian experience. Our menu showcases produce from the region’s premier growers, producers, and our beverage list features local vineyards, distillers, and craft brewers.A welcoming and relaxing dining space with a friendly and genuine atmosphere, and passionately promoting the Tasmanian food and wine adventure.

We source the freshest, in season, local produce to bring our guests the best that Tasmania has to offer. With a modern Australian menu, featuring a hint of Asian flavours, our Head Chef Sam Bray designs his menus to  provide something of interest for every palate. 

We are incredibly lucky and proud to be located 40 degrees South of the equator in one of Australia’s best regions for growing grapes, barley and hops. This gives us access to amazing cool climate wines, world renowned whisky and cracking craft beer. 

Bluestone Bar & Kitchen features a relaxed, contemporary design incorporating a variety of zones to suit the needs of our guests including single diners. Our service aims to deliver efficiency and knowledge in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Breakfast – open 7 days – 7am-10:30am weekdays,  8am-12pm weekends.

Lunch – open Fridays only – 12pm – 2:20pm 

Dinner – we are open 6 nights (Monday to Saturday) offering 2 seating options (5:30pm or 7:30pm).
